2. Handmade Products

All MoKnits pieces are handcrafted by heart, meaning each item is made individually with care and intention. Because of this, slight variations in size, stitching, and appearance may occur. These differences are a natural part of handmade work and make each piece unique.

Please note:
Slight stretching may occur over time with wear due to the nature of knit materials.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.

Full payment is required before orders are processed.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing and delivery, depending on order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. MoKnits is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

We currently ship within the United States.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
